"Came into rapids yesterday and about 12 miles out of town my alternator on my work van stopped working tried another shop they were to busy to get me in for emergency repair got van over to 8th st auto and mechanic moved some repairs around and started on it right away local parts store was incorrect with letting me know they had the part in stock had to get ordered Bob got back on the repair right away this morning and had me back on the road this morning. Amazing customer service Mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient and super kind Thanks again!!!!"
